Finally got to try Bangkok Taste.
The food was quite good
I tried the ka pow gai and a stir fry off chicken with kale.
The ka pow gai was good and, with a little of their prik kee new nam pla (chilis in fish sauce), the kale was great.
The best part was their homemade coocnut ice cream.
Khun "Tom", the woman cooking, also makes excellent ice cream!
Outside this restaurant looks pretty uninviting.
But inside, it is quite comfortable, with great food.
All items are reasonably priced.
Entrees priced from around $5.
At 2737 N. Grand, Santa Ana, this little family store is really in the middle of nowhere.
But, it is easy to reach, just south of the 22 freeway.
At a better location, this place would definitely be on the map of top Socal Thai !
