I would like to serve baklava (also spelled baklawa) at a party I am planning.
I have been told that the very best is from a company in Dearborn, Michigan. Someone also recommended Oasis in Glendale, CA.
Instead of having it shipped in from so far away, I would prefer to buy it in San Francisco. Is there anyone here who makes their own phyllo dough?
I would prefer pistachio over walnut.
