BAD SERVICE IN PAINTED POST

I have been looking for a way to let someone know that I have never received such bad service at a McDonalds as I have in my Hometown of Painted Post, New York.
The wait for something simple is unbelievable. Whether you use the drive-thru or go inside. Your order is always wrong or your chicken or hamburger is missing from the roll. Only to find this out after you have returned home. Waiting almost 25 minutes at the drive-thru for a grilled chicken sandwich or a ceasar salad is really sad. I always vow never to go back, but do, thinking that it will not be the same. Saturday I went there to get a quick bite before going into work, there were at leaset 15 employees and the wait for each customer ran at lease 10 to 15 minutes. When I got home, finally ready to dig into the Chicken McNuggets that I had a craving for, I found that I had been given a double quarter pounder with cheese. To say the least I had all I could do to keep myself from calling and complaining. I was so angry that after paying for the meal and then getting it home, after waiting so long, it wasn't even what I had ordered. This happens all the time at the Painted Post location.
