I happen to live nearby Bacon, so have gone at least a dozen times. We just stopped in on the way home after a long week. The food continues to impress. We shared the cheese fondue which was suitably quirky. Not a stringly cheese kind of fondue more like a medium cheese sauce served with kolbassa, baquette chunks, greeen apple wedges and whole wheat RITZ CRACKERS!! I left the crackers to the end because I figured they would be the least tasty. I was wrong they were best thing.
Also shared the perogy plate. It was so good. Perfect for a night when snow is swirling outside.
The special tonight was salmon in a wasabi beurre blanc and it looked and smelled amazing.
If you haven't been, you really should. But make a reservation as it is tiny. And leave a few extra minutes to find a parking spot on a side street. And if the chocolate parfait is on offer, order two. It is the best dessert I have had in years.
