The Chronicle article continued, "Industry analyssts say restaurants in 'fringe areas will be among the 1st casualties."
When was the last time you heard a sucessful restauranteur brag about the size of his business?And any local can tell you Bacar's 2nd and Brannan location was (and is) nowheresville.
