My dad and I are going to Babbo. He thought we should just do the tasting menu, but based on suggestions, I was thinking it might be more fun (and tasty) to just order a bunch of good stuff and share that...create our OWN tasting menu, if you will.
I would be sure to include the goose-liver ravioli, the lamb's tongue salad, grilled octopus, mint "love letters," and beef cheeck ravioli.
What do you think? Tasting menu or my idea?
