Dear all Spanish cuisine experts,
Where is the the most authentic and tastiest Spanish, could be tapas or reg dishes..just craves for excellent food that maybe close to what you can get in Spain. Price and ambience is secondary (doesn't matter high end/low end).
So far I like El Cid, Casa Mono. Second come Ola, Bolo and La Paella. Went to Pintxos and didn't find it tasty enough for my tastebud (so maybe Basque cuisine just different), Pipa I think it's just okay.
Want to know which one to choose from, coz I have to pick one: Sevilla, Azafran, Allioli (Brooklyn), Marichu, Solera, Tapas de Espana (Bergen/NJ)or...
