Next week I am supposed to have a phone interview for a job which is spectacularly wonderful except for one small problem - it is in Atlanta, a city I've not only never visited but never even been curious about.
In order to sound like I want this job, I need to feel confident that there would be enough to EAT if I moved to Atlanta.
To give an idea of what I am used to, I come from New York City, have lived in Boston and Toronto, and currently live in the Washington DC area. I am particularly obsessed with Japanese food which I have eaten in Japan and in LA.
From perusing this board it looks like I could eat Thai (I saw mention of a place with Issan specialities if you order in advance) and real Mexican and possibly real Chinese.
If any of you would reassure me, and repair my ignorance, I would be most grateful.
