This little restaurant is in downtown Franklin right on Main St (Rt 3) and we're surprised that it doesn't have more customers. It serves mostly Thai food with some Korean and Japanese. Recently we had fresh spring rolls and Korean pancakes for appetizers. Prik Pow fried rice that was gently spicey and a Mixed Grill over lettuce. Scallops were wrapped with shrimp and skewered. A piece of salmon was the only disappointment because it was on the dry side. The mixed grill was served with an avocado mayonnaise. We like the way the menu is set up. A variety of curries are listed with their vegetable components and you are free to choose what kind of meat or seafood you want (priced accordingly). Each dish is nicely presented with lily flowers carved from carrots. We also like Siam Orchid in Concord NH but prices are a little bit cheaper at Asian Delight. This restaurant's lack of popularity is probably due to its location in a struggling, former mill town. Should you be traveling NH's Rt 93 to the lakes region it's the town just south of Tilton and Tanger Outlet Mall/Exit 20. Heading north on Rt 93, the best way to get there is to get off at exit 17 and keep following Rt 3.
