Ashland, OR

I was reading a past review on one of my personal favorite restaurants in Ashland, Oregon. I felt that it was necessary to post a positive rebuttal for the infamous 'Cucina Biazzi' after reading a message posted from a woman who sounded rather unhappy with her experience there.
I have been dining in Ashland, Oregon for years now and have fallen in love with the quaint and truly Tuscan little restaurant called 'Cucina Biazzi.' It is by far one of the best restaurants in Ashland (We also love 'The Peerless' on 4th Street). The four-course meal has always been absolutely wonderful. I love the angel hair and spinach pasta dish as well as the lobster ravioli. The beef tenderloin is to die for! After living in Tuscany several years ago, Cucina Biazzi also has one of the best tiramisu deserts that I have eaten since my Italian living experience. The dining staff is always cheerful, informative, and generally a group of wonderful people. I have sent many friends, family, and associates there and I will continue to do so.
I just felt it was only fair to hear the good about a truly great place! - Marna
