Asheville post-flood - recovered and/or what's closed?

We are heading to Asheville this wkend (Halloween) and I'm hip to the reviews on Savoy, Rezaz, Tupelo Honey, Early Girl, etc. but wanted to see if 1) the town has recovered from the flooding and 2) has anything closed down so we can take it off our Potential Eats list, or 3) any place we should definitely go because the food is great and they need the financial leg up of diners due to being closed earlier this season?

Also being halloween wkend, is it going to be hard to drive downtown or get parking on Sat night? I'm thinking we should dine out Friday and cook at the cabin Saturday since we can hit the French Broad Coop Sat morning for fresh local produce. Is there a Whole Foods type of market for decent meat or fish in Asheville?

And finally (thanks for your patience with all my questions), we are only there Fri - Sun. If you had one dinner meal out, regardless of the fanciness of the locale, where would you go?

Thanks again hounds!
