Heavy paper sheets covering the windows of Anthony's Pizza on 7th Avenue.
This came as a surprise, since the South Slope continues to grow stronger, all the way down to 21st Street (Greenwood Park beer garden, Toby's, etc.).
Friends insist the recent pie calibre was not quite consistent with their opening years quality. The site, including open kitchen/oven area and backyard were comfortable and service was always terrific.
