Chiming in with others - ambala dhaba is quite good, the first non-depressing Indian I've had up here (as opposed to Artesia).
All the other stuff people have been talking about is great, only wanted to add:
get the bread (the... khadhi? Forgot the name. The one that isn't naan or paratha) stuffed with fenukgreek. I've only had fenukgreek in seed form before. This is fresh - the leaves. It is a high, sweet/sour flavor, very lovely. A little like the lard-baked onions you find embedded in the sesame bread at the Islamic Chinese place, but more blossom-y. Tasty as hell.
