Airstrip chow

In today's Boston Sunday Globe Magazine, Doug Bailey writes about food at small airstrips. He reports a "niche economy in airport cafés." I thought these sounded like possible off-the-beaten track, on-the-road options for chowhounds. There's a reference in the article to a site that tracks and informally rates them: www.100dollarhamburger.com. (The price figures in the cost of fueling and flying your plane.)
