For Thanksgiving I'm currently planning on making the NYTimes Haitian turkey recipe.
The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of adobo, which one would then sprinkle over the turkey.
I always thought adobo was a Filipino pork dish, but from this recipe it sounds like it's a seasoning. Can I buy it somewhere or easily make it? If I can make it, can someone give me a quick recipe?
Also if anyone else has tried this recipe, could you give me any pointers? Is it worth it? I've made several Thanksgiving turkeys over the years, but this looks rather complicated.
