Just took advantage of a 30% off sale at the Le Creuset outlet to buy a 9.25 qt. oval oven. I've got a brisket going in it right now--browned the brisket and sauteed vegetables on stove top, then added wine, stock, and seasonings and put it in the oven to finish. I figure I can also cook whole chickens, roasts, and lamb shanks in this beauty. Also figure it should be good for making biryani.
My question: what are some other things I should be thinking about making in this pot? Am I missing anything obvious?
