42nd Street Cafe in Seaview, WA

We have had two wonderful meals at this great little cafe in Seaview, WA. Even on a Wed. night, there was a full house here last week. We had planned to go to the Sancturay in Chinook, WA where I wanted to have the swedish meatballs, again. They were closed, so we heaed over to the 42nd Street Cafe.

For the second time, the experience was wonderful. There is a sweet corn relish and marionberry compote that is served with the bread that I really like.

Service is always warm and friendly and our bottle of the Chateau Benoit Pinot Noir we brought was instantly corked and Riedel glasses were filled.

The salads are fresh and yummy, I love their feta-dill housemade dressing to go over the greens. For my entree I ordered the wild salmon, which was delicious and served with a sweet teriyake glaze, red potatoes and fresh green beans. For dessert, we shared a very good chocolate-raspberry torte that was excellent. www.42ndstreetcafe.com for those interested. ***kim*** Oh, they also give you a card when stamped, your sixth meal is free!!! ***kim***
