4 Nights in Las Vegas - Friday Night Arrival Dinner Recommendation?

Hi all,

I am taking my sister to Las Vegas just before Thanksgiving for her 21st birthday. We arrive Friday evening, and leave on Tuesday morning. We've scouted the dining options a bit, and so far we are planning:

Lotus of Siam on Saturday night - haven't made a reservation, thinking around 8 or so.
Bouchon/MOzen Brunch on Sunday - not sure which to do, thoughts?
Firefly on Sunday night - probably going to see O at the Bellagio, and thinking to eat around 10:15 afterwards
Sage on Monday night - made a reservation already.

We aren't worried too much about lunch, there seem plenty of places that sound appealing to grab a bite that won't cost too much. However, we are undecided about where to eat dinner on Friday night after we arrive.

We're staying at Caesar's, so somewhere in close proximity to Caesar's would probably be best. We'd prefer to eat somewhere mid-range (closer on the scale to LoS or Firefly than to Sage). We felt a bit underwhelmed by some of the options at Caesar's: Mesa Grill has quite a few reviews of bland, uninspired food that's not worth the price, and Payard Patisserie's menu doesn't sound as appealing as say Mon Ami Gabi, where we plan on eating lunch at some point?

Anyone have any ideas they'd be willing to share?
