3.5 days in Seattle & lunch in Port Townsend

My boyfriend and I are coming from Chicago to Seattle this week for a long weekend. We’re going to spend 3 days in Seattle, 2 days in Vancouver, and 1/2 day in Port Townsend. While in Seattle, we’ll be staying near Pike & Terry for the first 2 nights, and near 5th & Union on our last night. We won’t have a car, but we’re more than willing to take public transportation or cabs.

Does anyone have a lunch suggestion for Port Townsend? As for Seattle, I have narrowed our restaurant list to Matt’s in the Market (do you recommend lunch or dinner?), Salumi for lunch, and Wild Ginger for lunch. Malay Satay Hut, Etta’s, and Flying Fish are being considered for dinner options. We still need firm dinner recommendations that meet our conditions:
* dinner tab maximum $20-$25/person
* we aren’t wine connoisseurs so picking a restaurant based on its wine selection is not a concern
* we are not adventurous when it comes to sushi
* he doesn’t really like seafood, but I love fish, scallops, crabs – Am I too early for the Copper River Salmon?

Hope our conditions haven't limited us too much. If there are any other Seattle/NW Musts, please enlighten me! Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions! :-)
