When I make BBQ beef it takes a day and a half. This BBQ ham takes ten minutes. Chop an onion (and a green pepper too if you want) and saute lightly in a tablespoon of oil. Add 1 cup ketchup, 1 cup water, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons vinegar and simmer a few minutes. Add 1 lb deli boiled ham. Have the deli chip-chop it or if they don't do that have them slice it thin and then, at home, take a knife and slice through it a few times to make strippy pieces. Add the ham to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Eat on hamburger buns.
