Spent some time in Taiwan when growing up, and on the mainland since then. One thing I really miss here in SF is a good, simple place that specializes in either steamed or boiled dumpings.
I know some of these can sometimes be had off a big menu if I go do a sit-down dinner or as part of a dim sum excursion, but how about a hole in the wall where you can just go and get a steamer basket or two?
