One of our reasons we're so attracted to tacos is the ease to make. This recipe makes the easy even easier when you simply buy a rotisserie chicken, to shred at home. You will still have to mince some garlic, thinly slice a jalapeno, chop some cilantro, cut a lime into wedges, and thinly slice some scallions. But come, you're cooking here.
