She started her career as a production assistant for MTV, helping on-site during star-studded award shows like the VMAs, but quickly pivoted to editorial to pursue her love of writing and food. While working as an Associate Editor for Bustle.com, Kristin parlayed her love for Italian cooking into nostalgic recipe-centric articles and how-to guides. She has since contributed to a variety of outlets, including Buzzfeed, CNN Underscored, Business Insider, and Cosmopolitan, covering a wide array of topics spanning food, homewares, beauty, and fashion. Nowadays, she has made food coverage her priority, joining the Chowhound team as a Features Writer in 2024.
