I've slow roasted my Hatch green chile in the Big Chief smoker, they are nicely roasted but they still have the skin on. Is it too late to torch the chile in order to remove the skins in plastic?

I'm just a happy man sharing the results from my new REC TEC pellet smoker. After 30 yrs of fire control, I got to "set it and forget it" and got the results I wanted.

Anybody buy the WEBER KAMODO ? Or go with the egg?
