Although Italian sodas seem super fancy, they couldn't be easier to make, as they generally only require two ingredients poured over ice: soda water and syrup.
Italian sodas were the creation of syrup company Torani’s founders, Rinaldo and Ezilda Torre. The couple were inspired by the booming popularity of American soda fountains.
Just add a dollop of whipped cream for a fizzy, sweet, and creamy dream dubbed Italian cream soda. You can also use the homemade syrups in cocktails or iced coffee.
