You're Better Off Skipping One Costco Food Court Item Entirely

While there are many great quick meals to choose from at Costco Food Court, Chowhound's Megan Lim found in a taste-test that you should avoid the turkey Swiss sandwich.
The sandwich claims to pack texture and flavor with ciabatta bread, Swiss cheese, and two spreads, but the ciabatta is neither firm nor crispy and adds nothing to the flavor.
The dish is served cold, so the untoasted ciabatta stands out in a bad way. Plus, the oven-roasted turkey breast, the Swiss cheese, and the lettuce are ruined by liquid-y spreads.
The sun-dried tomato spread is a highlight, but this sauce alongside mayonnaise and mustard make the ingredients soggy. As you eat, the sandwich becomes a dripping mess.
