Your New Favorite Condiment Is Going To Be Pickle Salsa

Pickle salsa takes pickles and blends them with their own brine alongside roasted jalapeños, onions, garlic, and other ingredients for a tangy, spicy, and surprisingly tasty dip.
Pickle salsa is very acidic and works with everything from tortilla chips to grilled meat. It can be blended perfectly smooth or left slightly chunky, pico de gallo style.
Pickle salsa relies on the tanginess of fermented cucumbers, so kosher pickles are often the go-to. However, you can mix it up with garlic dill, bread and butter, or spicy pickles.
The texture of the pickle will also play an important role. Bigger, softer pickles blend more easily in a smooth salsa, while gherkins keep some real crunch in a chunky salsa.
