Big Brekkie Burger

This breakfast burger in Australia and New Zealand features a 100% beef patty topped with bacon, an egg, a crispy hash brown, cheese, and barbecue sauce.
It's only available for breakfast, which typically ends at 10:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. at participating locations. The burger is 725 calories, roughly 165 more than the Big Mac.

Chicken McDo with McSpaghetti

Spaghetti with banana ketchup is a classic comfort food in the Philippines, so McDonald’s added the McSpaghetti to its menu in 1986.
The Chicken McDo arrived the following year. The combo works well because the fried chicken’s saltiness balances out the spaghetti sauce’s sweetness.

McKroket

This Netherlands McDonald's item features a deep-fried kroket patty with a beef ragout filling. It's topped with a creamy mustard sauce and sandwiched in a soft bun.
The McKroket is McDonald's version of a traditional Dutch kroket sandwich; many say the chain does a decent job of nailing the textures and flavors.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Poutine

Poutine is Canada's most famous dish, so it should come as no surprise that you can get poutine at McDonald's restaurants in Canada.
The chain’s take on this French-Canadian comfort food is fries topped with stringy cheese curds, gravy, crispy pieces of deep-fried chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and green onions.

McSpicy Paneer

Launched in 2011, the McSpicy Paneer was so popular in India that restaurants had a hard time keeping it in stock. It has since become a permanent menu item.
The McSpicy Paneer features a slab of paneer cheese coated in spicy breading and deep-fried. The patty is topped with lettuce and tandoor sauce.
