While Japanese whiskies have struggled to find their place in the spotlight, a series of exceptional releases from distilleries like Yamazaki and Hibiki have been turning the tide.

Thanks to Costco’s bargaining power as one of the biggest beverage alcohol resellers in the country, you can find them all at very great prices, which has made them a fan favorite.

While Miyagikyo Single Malt typically retails for around $100, in a Reddit thread, some shoppers at the Costco in Carmel Mountain, have reported snagging a bottle for just $76.99.

The same applies to Hibiki Harmony, available for $59.99 to $79.99. Once again, via Reddit, some have spotted it at Costco for $65, aligning closely with the bottle’s MSRP.

However, it’s important to note that finding these Japanese whisky gems at Costco is not always guaranteed as they tend to not be as popular as bourbons or scotches.
