What's The Difference Between An Iced Latte And Cappuccino?
NEWS

In a nutshell, an iced latte has more milk and less foam than an iced cappuccino. The former focuses more on the milk’s flavor, while the latter tastes more strongly of espresso.
Iced cappuccinos use about twice as much steamed milk as espresso, but half of that milk goes into the foam placed on top of it. An iced latte holds more milk in the drink itself.
Many iced latte recipes feature a single shot (or a fluid ounce) of espresso mixed with four or more ounces of steamed milk. Very little milk, if any, goes into the foam.
That said, some even deem foam and steamed milk unnecessary for an iced latte. Since espresso is light in calories and milk is heavy, lattes have more calories than cappuccinos.
