The West Coast-based chain In-N-Out Burger has a so-called not-so-secret menu section on its website, but this does not include Roadkill fries, so you can’t order it by name.
Roadkill Fries are just a mix of two secret menu items: Animal Style fries and a Flying Dutchman, which consists of fried onions for buns and two beef patties with cheese slices.
Animal Style fries are french fries topped with cheese, chopped grilled onions, and signature sauce. To turn them into Roadkill fries, just top them with a Flying Dutchman.
Then, you can modify your Roadkill fries to your liking. Some people swap the grilled onions for raw onion, opt out of the sauce, or get the Flying Dutchman without cheese.
