Use Sparkling Wine To Whip Up The Fluffiest Scrambled Eggs

NEWS

While it might sound fancy and unconventional, incorporating sparkling wine into scrambled eggs helps achieve a light and airy texture, resulting in silky-smooth eggs.
Simply shake the wine gently to release bubbles before adding it to the eggs. For every four eggs, add about two to three tablespoons of sparkling wine.
The tiny bubbles in the wine will create small air pockets. When you cook the eggs, these air pockets will expand, forming large cavities at the core of your scrambled egg.
This will lend a nice, airy texture to your dish. However, if you’re not a fan of adding alcohol to your food, you can use unflavored sparkling water or seltzer instead.
