Spicy tuna rolls combine raw tuna, green onion, sriracha sauce, and mayo. To imbue your tuna salad with the same flavors, incorporate a few swaps and additions into the recipe.
Swap out the classic mayo in your salad for Kewpie and mix in the green onion and sriracha also featured in spicy tuna rolls. Then, finish it off with some sesame oil.
The resulting salad will be a canvas for experimentation. Try wrapping it in nori or adding in some cucumber and spicy togarashi mix, both of which are common sushi roll additions.
