Hand turning air fryer knob
When making cocktails, you can enhance your mixology game and your drink’s aesthetics by dehydrating citrus using your air fryer, which is faster than drying citrus in the oven.

Simply preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees F and toss your citrus slices in. Smaller citruses will take 45 minutes to an hour to dry, while larger ones will need one to two hours.
