Ranch

The zingy, herbaceous flavors of ranch can be added to your popcorn with a dry seasoning blend. You can find a ready-made shaker or make the blend yourself.
Simply mix dried dill, parsley, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper with powdered buttermilk or nutritional yeast, then dust over your popcorn.

Buffalo

You can easily spice your popcorn up with a Buffalo sauce-inspired seasoning blend. Pair it with ranch popcorn to mimic the classic combo of Buffalo wings and ranch.
For buffalo powder, combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, and other spices of your choosing. You can also add vinegar
powder for that signature tang.

Furikake

Often used to dress up white rice, furikake is a Japanese seasoning mix that consists of seaweed flakes (nori), sesame seeds, fish flakes, soy sauce, and sugar.
This creates a very umami snack. The toasted sesame seeds will bring out the warmth of the popcorn's flavor, while the nori and fish
flakes add complexity to the dish.
