If you wish to prepare mouth-watering chicken fried rice, there's a seasoning trick that will help you add some "wow factor" to the classic dish: adding Chinese five-spice powder.
A blend of star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, cloves, fennel seed, and cinnamon, the Chinese five-spice powder touches on all five tastes: Salty, sweet, bitter, sour, and umami.
