To turn Greek yogurt into pizza dough, you just need one extra ingredient: Self-rising flour. If you only have all-purpose, combine it with salt and baking powder to make your own.
If you don't have Greek yogurt, plain and low-fat varieties can also work. Note that the higher the fat content, the better, as the thicker texture helps keep the dough intact.
