The Simple Swap So Your Popcorn Tastes Like Heaven

To give your microwave popcorn a bit of smokiness in each bite, swap out the vegetable oil typically used when popping corn for some bacon fat.
To try this finger-licking good crossover, start by making bacon as you normally would. For the largest amount of leftover bacon fat, fry the bacon strips in a pan.
From there, simply toss your uncooked kernels into the pan with the grease and shake it up. The result is delicious popcorn with a bit of residual bacon flavor.
