The Simple Swap For Easier Homemade Whipped Cream

You may be used to making whipped cream with a handheld mixer or by hand-whisking, but switching over to an immersion blender can help get the job done faster and more efficiently.
The tool will help get air into the cream faster while incorporating the other ingredients, yielding small servings of whipped cream with nice, stiff peaks in a minute or two.
Instead of using a regular mixing bowl with an immersion blender, use something tall and narrow with a mouth large enough for the machine to fit, like a mason jar or measuring cup.
As long as the vessel is tall, it will minimize splatters and allow for the cream to stay together and not spread all over a larger surface, making blending easier and quicker.
