The Secret To Super Simple Focaccia Is Store-Bought Pizza Dough

Baking focaccia doesn’t take too long, but you can make the process even faster by swapping the focaccia dough for store-bought pizza dough, without sacrificing taste or texture.
To make focaccia using pizza dough, pop the dough in a pan greased generously with olive oil. Then, cover the pan with plastic wrap and let the dough rest until it rises slightly.
Next, coat the dough in more olive oil. Using your fingertips, gently poke it all over to create dimples that can hold the oil and toppings, and stretch it to cover the entire pan.
Finally, add your toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crisp. Rest the focaccia for 10 minutes on a wire rack before slicing.
