Alabama

Chef Jacob M. Stull reimagines French dishes with local and seasonal Alabama ingredients like grits, molasses, and Jonah crab at his Birmingham tasting menu restaurant Rêve.
Its 10-course experience costs $150 per person, excluding gratuity or taxes. Starting out as a pop-up in Birmingham, it's now transitioning to its own brick-and-mortar space.

Alaska

Located at the four-star Alyeska Resort near Anchorage, the Seven Glaciers restaurant serves a six-course, $139 per-person tasting menu highlighting the flavors of Alaska.
Seasonally-driven dishes feature ingredients like king crab and salmon from local fisheries, farmers, and food producers, paired with wines from the 400-bottle cellar.

Arizona

Cafe Monarch in Old Town Scottsdale has created a dining experience fit for a king, decking out its dining rooms in chandeliers and golden decor to look like Versailles.
The eight-course chef's tasting menu is a $290 per-person extravaganza, which lets you enjoy coveted dishes like Japanese A5 wagyu beef and racks of lamb from New Zealand.

Arkansas

Le Stick Nouveau in Eureka Springs offers affordable tasting menus and a warm, welcoming setting. The restaurant's European tasting menus change every month.
Due to the frequent changes, the price varies as well, and it ranges anywhere from $99 to $147 per person. The tasting menus here usually consist of six courses.

California

The French Laundry is a three-starred Michelin restaurant in Yountville, California two tasting menus each
day — a chef's tasting menu and a vegetarian-friendly version.
Prices start at $425 per person. The dishes change day-to-day, but you can usually find chef Thomas Keller's signature creation, Oysters and Pearls, at the top of the menu.
