One of the best margarita varieties for summer sipping is the cucumber margarita, but it’s best to use an English cucumber over an American cucumber.

English cucumbers have a thinner skin and pleasant taste that is more distinct than American cucumbers, making them ideal for infusing into margaritas.

They are also less bitter than their American cuke counterparts and have a delightful, subtly sweet flavor that will make a delectable and refreshing margarita.

If English cucumbers aren't your thing, you can also use the Persian variety. They are much shorter than English cucumbers and are often sold in packs.
