An iced coffee is often something we pick up on the way to work, not a drink we make at home. However, this easy tip will have you making the perfect cold batch.
Start by brewing a concentrated batch of coffee in your machine. Add about 10 to 12 scoops of a dark roast to your drip coffee maker, then pour about 1½ cups of water.
Fill the carafe with ice and brew the coffee directly over the ice. Once it’s done, remove the carafe from the burner, then swirl it to melt the remaining cubes.
