Fish is typically very delicate and will stick to grill grates, often ruining your fillet. If you’re looking for an easy fix without the scraping hassle, all you need is lemons.

To keep your fish from sticking, just cook the fillet over a bed of thin lemon slices. You’ll be able to remove it from the grill with ease and the fish will have plenty of flavor.

Lemons are commonly paired with fish, so using them during cooking will enhance the taste. The only downside is that it won't get those typical char marks you might be looking for.
