Pork chops on a pan

The Crunchy Snack That Leads To More Flavorful Fried Pork Chops

While pork chops are already a famously tasty cut of meat, you can seriously level up your pork chop game with a boost of flavor and texture using a popular crunchy snack: chips.
When crushed up and used as a coating for your chops, chips bring saltiness and texture. With a variety of chips available, you also have a handful of concocted flavors to add.
Crush your chips by hand, use a rolling pin to smash them through a bag, or use a food processor. Now approach the crumbs just as you would the breading for any fried food.
Start with a dredge in flour, then in beaten egg. Next, coat chips on both sides before frying in hot oil and/or butter for about four to six minutes, flipping halfway through.
Alternatively, bake them at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or use an air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes.
