In an Instagram reel, Amy Droubay — known as Neurotic Mom on social media — demonstrated a fun cake hack by transforming two Costco muffins into a smash cake.

The hack involved cutting the top off of two Costco muffins, stacking them, and icing them as you would a birthday cake. Complete with sprinkles, frosting swirls, and cherries.

Smash cakes, separate from the main birthday cake, are given to small children to smash on their birthday, allowing toddlers to enjoy while preserving the main cake for guests.
