Best: Beet & Avocado Salad

The Beet & Avocado Salad features a bed of peppery arugula topped with glazed roasted beets, quinoa, avocado, and fresh oranges. It has only 290 calories.
The avocado and beets in the salad offer health benefits like lowering blood pressure and reducing inflammation, and the salad’s lightness allows each ingredient to shine.

Worst: BBQ Chicken Salad

The Cheesecake Factory’s Barbeque Ranch Chicken Salad isn't the most nutritious as it contains 1,980 calories and 2,710 milligrams of sodium.
The salad is loaded with ingredients; however, the competing flavors of sweet barbecue, ranch, sweet corn, tomatoes, and fried onions make this dish feel heavy and odd.

Best: Chicken Lettuce Tacos

The Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos feature crunchy lettuce, grilled chicken, and a taco vessel. They only contain 450 calories and 15 grams of fat.
These lettuce wraps feature crisp butter lettuce leaves, chicken, carrots, bean sprouts, cucumber, cilantro, and rice noodles. They're topped with spicy peanut and cashew sauces.

Worst: Ahi Poke Nachos

The Cheesecake Factory's Ahi Poke Nachos are made with Ahi tuna and drizzled with a sriracha aioli. However, they contain 2,340 milligrams of sodium.
They're garnished with spicy jalapeños and green onions, which offer nothing significant. The taste of the Ahi tuna is lost here, thanks to the heavy aioli and fried wontons.

Best: Shrimp Pasta

The Spicy Shrimp Pasta features rigatoni pasta with sautéed shrimp, diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, and tomato sauce, making it reasonably tasty and healthy.
