12: G Hughes Sugar Free

This sauce tastes artificial, and it isn’t truly sugar free. The sauce is also watery and runs right off your food, so at $5.99 a bottle, it’s not worth it.

11: Primal Kitchen Organic

Primal Kitchen Organic and Unsweetened Classic BBQ Sauce doesn’t have the classic barbecue sauce flavor, though it does have a nice, tangy element.
If the brand called this sauce something else, it could be pretty good, but it's lacking in the barbecue department. At $6.69 a bottle, you’re better off with a different sauce.

10: Kroger This Is The Original

This sauce only costs about $1.49 and has a decent flavor, but it's boring. While the texture is thick, the sauce doesn’t do anything exceptional.

9: Kraft Slow-Simmered

This is a classic barbecue sauce with a smoky taste and a hint of spice. The texture is spot-on, and at about $1.98 a bottle, it’s a solid choice.

8: Stubb's Original Legendary

Stubb's Original Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce is pretty good flavor-wise with a strong tomato taste, but it’s watery and doesn’t stick to food very well.
Also, the sauce is a bit more acidic than some might prefer. Bottles start at about $4, but some places sell it for as high as $5.99, so it’s a better deal in some areas.
