Both restaurants have lean, flavorful New York Strip steaks with plenty of exterior seasoning. The Texas Roadhouse version, however, is a bit cheaper and more tender.
Even though Texas Roadhouse ribeyes have more size options and are a bit cheaper, LongHorn Steakhouse’s ribeyes take the crown as they practically melt in your mouth.
Sirloin is a flavorful, affordable steak cut. Both restaurants offered well-seasoned, flavorful sirloins, but Texas Roadhouse’s won for being a bit cheaper.
This super tender cut of steak did not disappoint at either restaurant, but the LongHorn steak won, thanks to its signature seasoning blend and super tender texture.
The porterhouse steaks at both restaurants were equally tasty, but LongHorn’s steak won because it has more options, char seasoning, and a tender texture.
