Tiramisu

Mixing Irish cream into the coffee-based tiramisu gives it a boozy twist. You can add the liqueur to the mascarpone filling or to the coffee before soaking the ladyfingers.

Frosting

Apart from vanilla extract and other flavorings, Irish cream can also significantly enhance the flavor and texture of your buttercream frosting, store-bought or otherwise.
Swapping the extract for the liqueur using a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio will thin out your frosting, making it more pliable. Beating the frosting for a bit longer will make it even fluffier.

Brownies

Irish cream blends really well into fudgier brownies. If you want to double down on the flavor, add the liqueur to the batter and then top it with an Irish cream frosting.
Note that you'll be changing the liquid ratio of the batter when adding the liqueur to it. Adding several tablespoons should work without affecting your brownies’ texture too much.

French Toast

For an adult take on breakfast, add Irish cream to the egg-and-milk batter of your French toast. The liqueur will boost the already creamy flavor profile of the dish.
Depending on your bread choice and its sturdiness, give it just enough time to soak and infuse with the liqueur’s flavor without getting soggy. The soaking method may vary, too.

Fondue

To give your chocolate fondue a flavor twist, stir some Irish cream into it. Following a solid recipe will ensure the balance of cream, chocolate, and booze is in harmony.
The Irish cream, with its notes of chocolate, will blend well with the fondue, but it’s crucial to note that the alcohol’s sharpness can overpower the dish if you add too much.
